Ann Oaks Registered Massage Therapy

It is my practice to make a clinical massage therapy treatment relaxing and restorative. I use General Swedish Massage Therapy and adapt the  treatment as needed: deep tissue massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage/Combined Decongestive Therapy, and Functional Range Release®.

It is my goal during treatment to create a balance between the physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
